Krakow: Old Town + Castle Tour

Discover the historic heart and castle of Krakow on a free walking tour in English.

Explore Krakow's Old Town on our free walking tour in English: a journey through cobbled streets, iconic buildings and centuries of fascinating history. This district was one of the few to remain virtually untouched during the Second World War and is today one of the best-preserved medieval districts in Europe. At the end of the tour we also visit Wawel Castle. Along the way you will see highlights such as the Old Town gate, the city's oldest university, the famous Cloth Hall, the largest Old Town square in Europe, St. Mary's Basilica and the trumpeter's performance, Wawel Castle and more, guided by a local who truly knows the city. After the tour you also get handy tools to explore Krakow like a local: a map of public toilets, places to eat, ATMs and even our personal "Black List" (yes, those places we would rather you avoid 😉). Everything is carefully put together to make your stay easier, tastier and more authentic.
