You book your spot online for free. At the end of the tour you pay your guide what you think the tour was worth.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Use the link in your confirmation e-mail. For paid tours you can also reply to that e-mail.
What if I am running late?
Open the chat link in your confirmation e-mail, or use the urgent chat on this page, and your guide will see your message straight away.
In which languages are the tours?
Many cities offer tours in several languages. You choose your language when you book.
